Thank you for your interest in the Gibbs Society, the community of CDSP supporters who have remembered the seminary in their wills or estate plans.

1. Download and print our Member Confirmation Form from the Welcome Packet below, fill out your information and sign, and mail the paper document to 2450 Le Conte Ave Berkeley, CA 94709-1249.
2. Download the fillable form and complete it electronically using Adobe Reader or a similar program, save the PDF, and email it to advancement@cdsp.edu. Typing your name in the signature box and giving the date is a sufficient form of legal acknowledgement.
3. Enter your contact information information in the form below. Our gift planning advisor, the Rev. Richard Schaper, CFP, will contact you with more information and arrange for you to receive the appropriate paperwork by mail.
