Community Concerns Reporting Tool

Church Divinity School of the Pacific is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. Students, faculty, and staff are invited, as you feel comfortable, to report concerns about violations of seminary policies or other community concerns verbally or in writing directly to your supervisor or to a member of the leadership team: Bishop Kirk Smith, John Dwyer, Mark Hearn, Ruth Meyers, or Michael Barham.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of seminary policies, as well as asking for guidance related to policies, procedures, and norms of community conduct, and providing positive suggestions and stories.
