"We are living at an exciting moment when Christians are re-claiming ministry as belonging to all Christians—lay people, bishops, priests, and deacons. CDSP is a partner in helping people to develop the special ministry to which they are called. This means taking seriously the context of their work and affirming the great diversity of settings in which ministry happens."
