GTU Dean Arthur Holder will lead a discussion of the U. S. Constitution, in honor of Constitution Day, commemorating the ratification of the U.S. Constitution in 1787.

The lecture is entitled “Interpreting the Constitution: Spirit or Structure,” given as the 2004 “Reading of the Sacred Texts” by John T. Noonan, Jr., former United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and Robbins Professor Emeritus at Boalt School of Law at University of California, Berkeley.
Copies of the lecture will be available at the event, or it can be read online in advance.
