CDSP is a community of scholars, students and staff that embraces and is embraced by larger communities, all of which provide support and inspiration.
In addition to academic resources, other community resources are available.
There are public safety and health resources in the Berkeley area.
Memberships to the Cal Rec Club are available.
The Blue Sheet is a weekly newsletter published on Fridays during the academic year to help keep CDSP's community informed about upcoming events and activities. E-mail the Dean of Students by Wednesdays at noon to include news and events for the following week. The Blue Sheet acquired its name prior to digital technology when the newsletter was printed on blue paper for ease of identification.
Community Handbook is intended to explain the non-curricular aspects of being a community at CDSP. Printed copies are given to students at Orientation. Continuing community members can either download the most recent version from the website or ask for a paper copy from the Dean of Students.
Moving & Thriving Guide continues a wonderful tradition of sharing our favorite aspects of life on Holy Hill, and the hard-won wisdom of living in Berkeley and the Bay Area.
The Dean of Students office maintains a list of spiritual directors, therapists, counselors and retreat centers available to CDSP students.
