Welcome to D'Autremont!
Welcome to GTU Consortial Dining in D’Autremont Dining Hall, located on the Pacific School of Religion campus, just south of the CDSP campus.
Here are the meal and plan options for 2012-13.
Dates of Operation: Aug. 27, 2012 to May 24, 2013.
The dining hall is open on Saturdays for meal-plan holders only.
It is closed on Sundays and on the following dates:

Unlimited Meal Plan
| Resident: | $2,000 per semester |
This plan is open to everyone, even those not living in a dorm. Participants receive unlimited entry and "all you can eat" six days a week throughout each semester.
Students living in Parsons Hall are required to purchase this plan, as part of the Room and Board fees.
Block Programs: 25- and 10-meal Plans
This meal plan is designed for commuters, faculty, staff and students living in other on-campus housing. It offers 25 meals at $7.40 per meal, or $185.00 per block of 25. If you use up that card and wish to purchase additional meals, they are available in blocks of 10 meals at $7.40 per meal. Block programs are good weekdays only.
All students enrolled in CDSP programs (full or part-time) in Fall and Spring semesters are required to purchase a Block 25 plan each semester.
Unused meals expire at the end of each semester.

| Self-serve salad bar | 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm |
| Buffet dinner | 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm |
Meals-To-Go
Students are permitted to take any of their meals to go instead of eating in the facility. Obtain a take-out container from the cashier when first entering the dining room.
Dietary Needs
Individuals with particular dietary needs or restrictions should inform D'Autremont management, which will attempt make accommodations.

One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

Meals at are always "all you care to eat." In an effort to reduce food waste, please consider selecting only one entree at a time. You are always welcome to come back for more helpings.
