Two types of housing are offered to students at CDSP: Single dormitory-style rooms and one- to four-bedroom apartments.
Parsons Hall on the CDSP campus offers single rooms with basic furniture in a dormitory-style building, with shared bathrooms, coin laundry and kitchenette facilities. Rooms at Parsons for the academic year are available at $2,280 per semester for CDSP students.
Unfurnished apartments with one- to four-bedrooms are available in Nichols Hall, a CDSP-owned apartment building, one block from the CDSP campus at 1700 Le Roy Avenue.
Nichols Hall rents range from $1,300 (one bedroom) to $ 2,040 per month (four bedroom).
Welcome to GTU Consortial Dining in D'Autremont Dining Hall, located on the Pacific School of Religion campus, just south of the CDSP campus.
The dining hall is open on Saturdays for meal-plan holders only. It is closed on Sundays.
Unlimited Meal Plan
Resident: $2,110 per semester
This plan is open to everyone, even those not living in a dorm. Participants receive unlimited entry and "all you can eat" six days a week throughout each semester.
Block Program: 25-meal Plan
This meal plan is designed for commuters, faculty, staff and students living in other on-campus housing. It offers 25 meals for $213.00. Block programs are good weekdays only.
Unused meals expire at the end of each semester.
D'Autremont dining features:
- Fresh fruit, salads and breads
- Made-to-order breakfasts
- Made-to-order sandwiches and specials until 3:00 pm
- House-made soups
- Vegetarian options at every meal
- Deli choices served on freshly baked breads
- Ice cream and freshly baked desserts
Hours and walk-in prices, Monday - Friday:
Breakfast: $8.25, 7:30 am-10:30 am
Lunch: $9.75, 11:30 am-3:00 pm
Dinner: $10.25, 4:00 pm-7:00 pm
Saturday – Meal plan holders only
A la carte brunch: 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Self-serve salad bar: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Buffet dinner: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Students are permitted to take any of their meals to go instead of eating in the facility. Obtain a take-out container from the cashier when first entering the dining room.
Dining Policies and Procedures
One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:
- Valid meal card is required at each meal attended.
- Meal cards may only be used by person to whom it is issued.
- Meal cards can be used for guests if accompanied by the owner of the card.
Meals at are always "all you care to eat." In an effort to reduce food waste, please consider selecting only one entree at a time. You are always welcome to come back for more helpings.
