The mission of the CDSP Registrar and Academic Administrator is to support students and faculty in fulfilling the educational and formational mission of the seminary. From collecting admissions materials to archiving students’ permanent files, the Registrar and Academic Administrator helps facilitate students’ successful journey through their diverse programs of study. Through providing support to the faculty, the office enables the faculty to most fully exercise their teaching vocation. In all areas, the Registrar and Academic Administrator will provide fair, honest, consistent and accurate engagement with constituents of the school, and to steward the academic and historical records of the school with integrity.

Elly Rhee, Registrar and Academic Administrator, works cooperatively with John Seal, GTU Consortial Registrar, to support the students, faculty and academic programming of CDSP.

The CDSP Registrar’s Office provides support for tracking students’ progress; student evaluations; record keeping and archives; generating internal reports and documents; issuing transcripts; and other CDSP-specific activities; in addition to supporting the Dean of Academic Affairs and faculty with administrative tasks.

The GTU Consortial Registrar’s Office is responsible for issuing ID/Library cards; registration and change of enrollment processing including requests for incompletes, loan deferments and changes in degree programs; data entry; Webadvisor user support; grade processing; and issuing external reports and documents.
