Registrar and Academic Administrator
This is a full-time (37.5 hour/week) position. Under minimal supervision the Registrar manages and performs registration functions, provides administrative support to Dean of Academic Affairs, faculty, CALL, and Admissions. A complete job description is available to download here.

Executive Assistant to the President and Advancement
This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week) position. The Executive Assistant supports senior level administrative staff and key volunteers of the seminary. In addition to traditional clerical support, this person develops and maintains effective working relationships with CDSP staff, faculty, members of the Board of Trustees, significant donors, key partners at other Graduate Theological Union schools and other community members. The Executive Assistant is proactive in ensuring that annual and ad hoc meetings and events are listed on the institutional calendar, that no meetings or events overlap, and dates of upcoming events are publicized. He/she also supports the execution of the calendared meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organization abilities, with a firm approach. Finally, this individual supports some of the important daily financial processes of the institution including gifts processing, budget oversight and cash disbursement.
