Policies

Easton Hall Conference Center is a Guest House with no 24-hour, hotel-style front desk. 

Check-in: Please check-in at the CDSP Reception Desk in Shires Hall, 2451 Ridge Road, between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Monday – Friday.
We accept cash, check or credit card (MasterCard™ or Visa™).
For reservations with an arrival date on Saturday and departure on Sunday or for same-day late arrival requests, please call the Easton Hall Convention Center at (510) 204-0732, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. so that we can accommodate your request.

Easton Hall and Gibbs Hall are locked. Obtain access codes when you check in.

Check-out: Please turn in your keys at the Reception Desk in Shires Hall before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. If you will be leaving before 8 a.m. you may leave your key on the desk in your room. Failure to check-out according to these guidelines may result in additional billing.

Cancellation: You may leave a message to cancel reservations up to one day before your arrival. 

Parking: Please inquire at the Reception Desk during check-in.

Amenities: One-time towel and linen service, free parking, free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, toiletry pack and full use of common gallery kitchen in Easton Hall.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any room of any Easton Hall Conference Center building, or within 20 feet of a building entrance.
